Swine flu--The New Plague...! (Unseen but Deadly)

WORLD IS AGAIN UNDER THE ATTACK OF A NEW PANDEMIC. A DISEASE WHICH BASICALLY AFFECTS PIGS BUT NOW MAKING HOMO SAPIENS (HUMANS) IT'S NEW TARGET.
THIS DEADLY DISEASE IS KNOWN AS SWINE FLU ORIGINATED FROM MEXICO AND HAS ESCALATED TO THE WHOLE WORLD. AH1N1 VIRUS IS ACCOUNTABLE FOR ITS ENDLESSLY TRANSMISSION.

THIS DEBILITATING DISEASE IS SPREADING WITH A GREAT PACE ALL OVER THE WORLD.PEOPLE ARE DYING DAILY IN LARGE NUMBERS. IN RESPONSE TO IT MEDICAL SERVICES ALSO CAME WITH NOTHING TO IMPEDE THIS ESCALATING DISEASE. DOCTORS ARE NOT ABLE TO SAVE LIVES, W.H.O. IS UNABLE TO PRODUCE ANY STRONG VACCINE FOR IT.

THE DISEASE BEING A CONTAGIOUS ONE IS MULTIPLYING ITS TARGETS IN VOLUMINOUS QUANTITY. THE WORLD BECAUSE OF LACK OF ARMS(i.e. MEDICINES,VACCINES) TO FIGHT AGAINST THIS MONSTER IS SUCCUMBING TO IT.

NOW AFTER SPREADING TO MOST PART OF THE WORLD, IT HAS REACHED 'INDIA' ALSO TO SPREAD ITS LETHALITY. PEOPLE TRAVELING FROM THOSE INFECTED COUNTRIES TO INDIA ARE WORKING AS CARRIERS OF IT. INDIA (NOW A DAYS) LAND OF PROBLEMS NOW HAS ONE MORE OF IT TO TACKLE.

A HOPE IS STILL ALIVE TO DEFEAT THIS MONSTER AS THE DISEASE WITHIN A PERSON CAN BE IMMUNIZED AT EARLY STAGE OF ITS ATTACK SO PEOPLE WHO ARE SUFFERING FROM FEW OF ITS SYMPTOMS SHOULD GET THEMSELVES VACCINATED FOR THEIR AND THEIR FAMILY SAFETY AND IN ACCORDANCE FOR THE SECURITY OF THE NATION AGAINST THIS JEOPARDOUS DISEASE. PEOPLE FOR THEIR SECURITY, SHOULD AVOID TRIPS TO AFFECTED COUNTRIES FOR A WHILE.

FINALLY TO STOP THIS MALIGNANT VIRUS AH1N1 FROM CREATING MORE HAVOC, WE THE SMALL PARTS OF THE WHOLE HUMAN KINGDOM HAVE TO STAND AND FIGHT IN UNISON AGAINST THIS UNSEEN FOE. OTHERWISE IT WILL ERADICATE US FROM OUR OWN SMALL BEAUTIFUL WORLD. SO LET'S BEGIN MISSION OF DISCARDING SWINE FLU...

DARK JULY....!

THE JULY OF 2009 WAS NOT AT ALL DIFFERENT FROM THE PAST 4 JULY'S OF 2005-2008 FOR MUMBAI.MUMBAIKAR'S ARE AGAIN IN GREAT TROUBLE WITH RAIN WATER.

AREAS FILLED WITH WATER, NO ELECTRICITY,SEIZED BUSINESS,CLOSED INSTITUTIONS, GUTTED ROADS ARE THE FEW NORMS NORMALLY SEEN IN MUMBAI IN JULY(USED FOR MONSOON).

IT BASICALLY STARTED IN JULY 2005 WHEN THERE WAS A FLOOD IN MUMBAI BECAUSE OF RAIN WATER.IT WAS RECORD BREAKING CONTINUOUS RAIN EVER IN MUMBAI.
FEW RESULTS OF THAT RAIN WERE THAT PEOPLE GOT STUCK IN ROAD JAMS FOR 2-3 DAYS AND THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO REACH THEIR HOMES i.e. THEY STAYED THERE ON ROADS WITHOUT FOOD, NO POWER WAS THERE IN MUMBAI,BUSINESS STOPPED.EVERYONE WAS IN PANIC.MANY PEOPLE LOST THEIR LIVES.THERE WAS AN EXTREME DAMAGE TO PUBLIC AND PRIVATE PROPERTY.ON THE WHOLE EACH PERSON IN MUMBAI WHETHER RICH OR POOR,BUREAUCRAT OR NORMAL MAN GOT AFFECTED BECAUSE OF THAT FEROCIOUS RAIN.

AFTER THAT GOVT. AND MUMBAI MUNICIPALITY MADE PROMISES TO THE PEOPLE THAT IN FUTURE MUMBAIKAR'S DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT SUCH RAINS THAT THEY WILL PROVIDE ADEQUATE FACILITIES TO BE SAFE FROM THESE TYPES OF SITUATIONS IN FUTURE.

AT PRESENT 4 YEARS OR 4 JULY'S OR 4 MONSOONS HAVE PASSED FOR MUMBAI AFTER THAT PERILOUS MISHAP BUT STILL PROMISES OF GOVT. ARE STILL TO BE FULFILLED.

MAHARASHTRA GOVT. HAVEN'T MADE ANY TRANSITION IN THEIR SYSTEM AS THE SAME OLD DRAINAGE SYSTEM,ROADS ARE PRESENT.NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE EXCEPT MAKING FALSE PROMISES.

I WONDER WHEN WILL THESE PROMISES BE ACCOMPLISHED...?I HOPE IT DOESN'T TAKE SO LONG THAT MUMBAI PEOPLE NEEDS TO PAY HIGHER PRICE FOR GOVERNMENT MISTAKES.

UNIQUE IDENTIFICATION AUTHORITY OF INDIA

Honorable co-chairman of INFOSYS technologies Mr. Nandan Nilekani has left his company and his post to head on the 'Unique identification department of Indian Government'.
He'll be taking charge of the department this week in New Delhi.

The question which arises is that this unique identification card will be going to make any difference or not?
According to Govt. this unique card will contain all the information of card holder ranging from his name,address,religion,caste,his fingerprint etc.

Basically it doesn't seem to be different from any other previous Govt. cards such as Ration card,Driving license etc.
So if the Govt. is thinking that this card will reduce the duplicacy of cards as it is normal for all previous cards then i personally don't feel that it will be stopped. because the people who want to cheat can again cheat by giving false information and little amount of money to the person who'll visit them to take their information.
As this department is under Govt. so if at some point of time card holder changes his address,profession etc.then he'll feel reluctant to visit the office as everyone knows how much tedious it is to get work done by Govt. employees then in that case how will that card serve the purpose as it will be holding fake or old information.

If Mr. Nilekani would be able to change the scenario of Government department i.e. to make employees more efficient, hardworking ,dutiful,tech. savvy as like their counter parts in private depatments then only we can expect some proficient and prolific work from them otherwise this project and this unique card will just be wastage of hundred of crores of rupees.

As a true Indian i really want this project to be successful so that duplicacy of cards can be stopped which will help security forces to stop infiltration from adjoining countries
moreover people will not be able to get fake certificates for lower castes and poor economic conditions which will really help those general category students to get admission with healthy and fair competition.
